You can help Overcome 80 in a new and exciting, very personal way.

We are asking Democrats all over Van Zandt County to send letters to their friends, family members, co-workers and relatives in the county to:

**Encourage Them To Vote On November 2

**Encourage Them To Vote For Democratic Candidates

**Encourage Them To Contribute Time Or Money To Democratic Candidates

**Encourage Them To Become Involved In The Democratic Party .

Dear XXX,

As the November election draws closer, I wanted to take a moment and encourage you ask you to help me help make Van Zandt County a better place.

First of all, I'd like to encourage you to register to vote if you aren't already. And, I'd like to encourage you to get involved in politics and support the Democratic Party of Van Zandt County and some of our fine candidates.

As you may already know, Sheriff R.P. "Pat" Burnett, Tax Assessor/Collector Vicki L. Looney, and Precinct 1 Commissioner Candidate Albert H. Willingham are all working hard in advance of November 2. Each of these candidates have the best interest of Van Zandt County at heart, and are truly the most qualified people in their respective races. I hope you'll join me in supporting them this fall.

I'd also like to invite you to join me in supporting the Democratic Party of Van Zandt County by joining us every third Tuesday at the American National Bank of Canton's Community Room for our monthly meeting.
